#asktheexperts i had c section delivery on 16 august 2022 can i take proper bath means cleaning the area with water n soap where c section held and can wear jeans also can u suggest any good multivitamin and calcium as i feel tired my doctor told me to take the multivitamin till one month only attached the file can i continue the same

take well balanced diet including all five healthy food groups: vegetables, fruit, grain foods, dairy and good source of protein rich food.

you may take bath but please don't prss or irritate the said area.
please don't wear the clothes that put pressure on it
please take supplements as suggested by your doctor
