A. when you deliver ur baby? Continue with breast feeding it helps you to lose weight. Have healthy diet. It is advisable to start with the exercise routine only after 6 months of delivery. You need to consult your doctor before you get on any routine.

A. Hi parent Take good rest for three months post delivery after that consult your gynecologist and verify if your stitches are healed or not. after three months you may opt for the easy excercises after six months you may gradually gear yourself up for other excercises as erll
