#asktheexperts : I had a C-Section in 19th Oct’21. Post delivery, the bleeding lasted till 27th Oct’21. Since them, I have not got my periods. Once I had spotting few days back and there are leg cramps . Is this normal?

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 3 years agoA. Periods after delivery may occur anytime in between one year and may remain irregular for a few months no medication is needed for that you just need to maintain good nutrition along with adequate water intake

Yeah Absolutely normal because a lot of women do not get their PS for a really long duration after their delivery it could be six months to 1 year or maybe more than that depending from Women to Women what if you haven’t got your period as of now than that is considered very normal
