#asktheexperts I got thyroid during pregnancy and stopped taking medicine after 2 months. Last month the results got normal. after stopping, again tested then got high thyroid. when will it be completely cured?

A. You have to take the medicine for sometime and keep monitoring your thyroid levels gradually the dose will reduce and also maintain a healthy lifestyle and start doing ujjayi pranayam and ustraasana matsyaaasana in your daily routine
