#asktheexperts I get my period irregular n also when it comes stay for 7 days with heavy flow for 4 days..

A. irregular menses is mostly due to hormonal imbalance which can be corrected by maintaining a Healthy lifestyle by avoiding stress and doing meditation as much as possible along with regular daily walking and having good nutritional timely intake of food

A. Hello dear parent, Uou shouod get yourself checked by the gynaecologist once. A else nothing to be worried about it. You shouod eat well and drink lots of water. Ask your doctor about pcod problem. Good luck and take care
