Q.

#asktheexperts i get my period after 2 month yesterday I get them at around 4:30 pm till early morning flow was normal but after that I have heavy flow need to change in every 2 hours please suggest what should I do

A. See if it is the situation one time you can talk with your doctor because certain times periods can be heavy due to some problem with the hormones so it would be advisable for you to consult your gynaecologist regarding the situation
