Revauthi RajamaniMom of 2 children3 years agoA. pain during and before getting periods is normal though if it's not heavy. Rest well, drink lot of fluids and try to meditate. I prefer Paree prima pads for heavy flow as they are xxl pads with wider back and comfortable

It Very normal for women to get the signed sometime stomach pain sometimes leg pain so it’s a sign that your period is about to come and if you are such a heavy flow then you can go ahead with whispered double XL or a special parts which are for night time only they’re pretty good team as well as very good with wide extra back so you can go for that
