#asktheexperts i am not getting my date after delivery. Its been 4 months. Is it normal?

Yes this is normal.
There is irregularity of periods after delivery due to the hormonal changes. Breastfeeding mothers tend to get periods late and as late as one year. Once u stop breastfeeding the periods will become normal and regular. So no need to worry. Take care
