ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 2 years agoA. 33 weeks 3 days you are at. your delivery date would be around 28 October. For normal delivery You should remain active during your pregnancy and have regular daily walking once you reach 38 weeks you can start doing squats , but with someone's support. Also 1st have proper Consultation with your doctor.

September then because you have not given your last period date as you only mention it was was in January to take the last period date calculate nine months and one week more than that is approximately you’ll get your correct a date for delivery in September)
