Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. lactational amenorrhea can be there upto one year also jn for further advice in this regard it is advisable to consult your doctor for physical examination and if there is need to do investigations also then only proper treatment can be given

Hi mommy Many women have lactation amenorrhea Its all normal and common Stay hydrated healthy Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
