#asktheexperts i am not getting milk for my baby since delivery. Its been 3 months and I have tried many things. But no use. Please help

So You continue with formula feeding since you are saying that you tried every thing is the last option but I’m not sure whether you have tried having lactation supplements or not you can have that about 3 to 4 L of water or other liquids whatever you are having and fibre and protein rich diet also helps
