A. Hello, Include a variety of: Vegetables and fruit. Whole grain foods such as whole grain pasta and bread, oats, barley and quinoa. Protein foods such as meat, fish, poultry, dried beans, peas, lentils, nut and seed butters, tofu, eggs, milk, yogurt, cheese and fortified soy beverage.
