Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl4 years agoA. hi you must take homemade healthy and well blanaced diet. take food items which are full of iron, calcium, vitamin, protine , minerals etc so please include green leafy vegetables, fruits, nuts, dairy products, pulses etc in your diet.
