A. eat low calorie diet. reduce your sugar and fat intake. drink lukewarm water. breastfeeding burns lot's of calories soon. avoid sitting for prolonged hours. avoid oily and junk food ..

A. Hello mom Now your baby is eight months old so it is totally safe to start doing yoga. Yoga is very effective in losing pregnancy weight. Do yoga at least for 40 minutes every morning to get results fast. You should also cut the calories intake and add more fibre and protein in your regular diet plan
