#asktheexperts I am mother of 4.5 months baby. Recently I have noticed that the breast milk flow has reduced so is that normal and how to increase the flow.

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom if your baby is active and comfortable otherwise, passing out urine 6-8 time in a day, gaining weight then that means your feed is sufficient for the baby. If not then have shatavari with warm milk twice a day to increase bm.
