#asktheexperts I am given birth to baby girl through C section... Now iam have 1 Yr 8mnths old baby... After c section my belly button is fully seen in outer... As I contact my gynecologist.. She said I'm suffering from umbilical hernia... It's not cured by any kind of medicine...only cured by surgery... Is this crt r any other way to cure my umbilical hernia... By any other exercises... Pls reply me Dr...
