#asktheexperts I am facing hair loss since last one month..Had a c section on 15/10/2021. Also I am facing heavy period flow which continues for 4days Evey month since January. before pregnancy I use to have medium flow during my periods

first ,for hairloss ,I advise to apply pure coconut oil daily on your hair.
use mixture of Amala aritha and shikakaki powder for washing your hair.
it is ok to get change in periods
don't worry
but if flow is heavy , consult your gynecologist for this.
