#asktheexperts I am facing extreme hair fall since last 2 months. What can i do to prevent and regain my hair? My baby completed 5 months.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. common in losses of the hair Hair fall is very common after delivery and during pregnancy also sometimes because of harmonal changes it may continue even up to 1 year but ultimately will get back the hair no need to worry

Include dates in your daily diet. Consult your doctor for advice. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil.
