#asktheexperts I am currently 7 months pregnant. I have O-negative blood. I had an ICT (Indirect Coombs Test), and the result was negative. If I take the ICT test again after 3 weeks and it is still negative, is it compulsory for me to take the Anti-D injection?

As far as my knowledge is concerned, yes, the anti-D injection is highly recommended and considered as a standard protocol.
