#asktheexperts I am a mother of a 19 months old kid and she breastfeeds. Can I take apple cider vinegar (with the mother)in my diet? Will it be safe for her as she breastfeeds ?

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. The child is not totally dependent on use of course you can take it there is no problem but read about it well before you start with it because it does have certain side-effects also in general so you need to know about everything before you start taking it
