#asktheexperts I am a mother of 7year old who is nt gaining weight from past 1year. She is too lean, eats everything except milk(green veggies, non veg, curd etc?) she is tall but still m worried about her health. kindly advice

A. If the child is active and no sign of discomfort or any other problem then no need to worry as f the parents are lean the kids are also lean the important thing the child should eat all home cooked foods and stay active
