ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. it would be really advisable not to take any medications now and let your periods come itself. The best treatment to have Regular periods is by having a healthy lifestyle with regular daily walking or jogging along with mild exercise and meditation whenever possible. as medications will only act till you are taking them
