A. You can always use a Pregnancy support belt and you can also use your pregnancy pillow or multiple pillows to support your back and Hip while sleeping and sitting . If the pain is horrible and unbearable, then consult your doctor.

A. Avoid long standing hours and forward bending and start hot done ration like Raje hit water bag abd massage your back abd keg with mahanarayan tail or sesame oil warm it little massage it or ask someone to apply it take rest
