you mean to say how to reduce Belly fat, right?
if yes ,then you have to change your food habits and lifestyle.
I mean ,in breakfast ,start taking food like sprouts, fruits , oats etc
avoid taking processed oily spicy food and junk food items
increase your fluid intake
go for daily walk
do not use vehicle for short distance
