A. by taking a healthy balanced diet which includes all the seasonal fruits and vegetables avoiding oily food deep fried food is most important for your health apart from this I would also suggest you to include bhuna jeera raita in your diet on regular basis it will be very helpful in case you can then take boiled ajwain water 1 l to be consumed on a daily basis
