#asktheexperts How to make 7 month baby sleep on bed on its own without sleep association like rock to sleep or feed to sleep. For day naps and night sleep. Is CIO the only method? Is it safe fir baby's health?

A. hi mom he is a small baby and requires mothers touch and some rhythm to sleep.

A. I’m very honestly II am not much aware about the CIO habit that you are talking about but if you want your child to sleep directly on the bed after feeding keep the child on the shoulder for 15 to 20 minutes for better digestion of milk and then put the child sideways and keep patting the child of the child sleeps better this is going to take some time for the child to get used to it but this really works in mostly all the cases
