A. Hello ma’am If you’re asking this for yourself you should try to take up at least one hour for yourself for a walk out any kind of workout that suits you. Try to maintain a balance slide into your mail which has mostly important things that a body needs and if you are 35+ does not have a multivitamins on a regular basis because that will give you strength and will maintain your body and other things as per the age
