A. Hello, your question is related to your sleeping pattern so now it’s very fast hectic busy shedule so you should have food at fix time and sleep at fixed time

A. Sleep Cycle in smaller babies is very different and they have a certain pattern initially which becomes regularize at around 6 to 8 months of age and if the baby is comfortable with no irritability because of infantile colic nasal blockage any regurgitation etc you should not worry just give a comfortable position to the baby and no medicine is required. In children above one year of age you have to just make a propercx discipline for the child so that gradually the child will develop a proper schedule and avoid too much of screen time and other activities at least one hour before sleep also make the room environment and temperature favourable for the child to sleep. toddlers may have night terrors and nightmares which needs to be managed accordingly.

A. Sleeping cycle of small babies vary from one child to another and if there is no discomfort or any cause like infantile colic ,nasal blockage or any kind of pain and if the child is playful and taking proper feeding there is nothing to worry,have patience , this pattern will get normal with time.just keep monitoring your baby for comfortable position and temperature.Ac can be used at 26-27 C but no direct exposure to its air. every baby has its own sleeping pattern which keeps changing with age,only after 5-6 mons of age you can establish a regular sleep cycle gradually with time n age. too much of light and noise may interfere, avoid any excess screen time, fix a regular time, do not allow day time sleep which us not so necessary , massage the feet of the baby for a reliiaxed and undisturbed sleep. gentle rocking and patting of the baby, singing a lullaby, and light music will also play a good role.v lesser the noise and better the sleep.a sound sleep of 8-10 hrs with a proper diet is sufficient for child's health.

A. Hi Are you just have to take that half an hour out out of your schedule where in you can just put your child to sleep if a child is tired they normally do not take more than 10 to 15 minutes to go to sleep so take that much time out if no matter how hectic your schedule is you have to make the time for your child always
