#asktheexperts how to keep food diet while breastfeeding the baby. need to loose weight without affecting the milk for baby

A. Dear ma’am, step up your vegetable intake. Have one cup of veggies for all three meals. Consume 3 litres of water. Cut down sugar, Maida and packaged foods. Get adequate sleep. And try to get 15 minutes of brisk walking 3 times a day.
