#asktheexperts how to increase the hemoglobin in kids. I tried almost everything like syrup, tablets,diet etc

Then if you’ve tried everything get the injections done for the child and apart from that continue with Iron supplement and give beetroot and pomegranate every day twice in a day that is going to be good try to include black rice and sweet potato also you can give green leafy vegetables nuts these are highly rich and iron to be given
