first, I advise to add calcium rich food items in your diet
for example ragi, milk, tofu,cheese, yoghurt,sesame seeds, paneer etc
as vitamin D is essential for calcium absorbption, please take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
include fatty fish,egg,yolk or supplements in your diet
activities like walking, dancing will help in this so please do this on daily basis
