A. you can increase more of milk and curd intake and along with that you can start with some multivitamin supplement but also along with this you need to have regular exercise which actually helps

A. Eat calcium base food. Milk, Ragi, curd. Eat eggs. take some calcium and multivitamin supplements.

A. hi first, I advise to add calcium rich food items in your diet for example ragi, milk, tofu,cheese, yoghurt,sesame seeds, paneer etc as vitamin D is essential for calcium absorbption, please take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day include fatty fish,egg,yolk or supplements in your diet activities like walking, dancing will help in this so please do this on daily basis
