How to increase the bone density of a child... My child is under weight n am really worried about him

A. dear mum, to increase the bone density and weight of your child, give calcium rich foods. around 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. dry fruits and nuts like almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts. eggs and non veg foods. Add ghee to baby's food.
