#asktheexperts how to get rid of backpain due to epidural? I had normal delivery 4 months ago, got an epidural but now my back is paining! I even can’t do house chores properly or sit for a long time

A. The back pain is not related to epidural but rather due to the hormonal changes that happen in the postpartum phase.
