A. Hi mom There is nutrient loss from body after delivery due to which u feel weekness. So eat healthy and balanced diet to recover from weakness. Include green vegetables, seasonal fruits, dry fruits, milk, paneer, curd, fresh fruit juice, pulses etc in ur diet. Take calcium supplements till u breast feed ur baby.
