A. It is very common for children this age to get sick often as their bodies learn to fight off new germs. Here are some simple, everyday ways to help keep your child healthy: 1. Serve colourful plate Fill their meals with different colored fruits and vegetables. Things like oranges, berries, spinach, and carrots are full of vitamins that act like a shield for the body. 2. Make Sure They Get Enough Sleep 3. Wash Hands Often Teach them to wash their hands with soap while singing song 4. Keep Them Moving Playing outside and staying active helps the body's natural "germ-fighters" move around and do their job better.
