Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, for 7 months old baby you can give water like 2 to 3 sips every hours. With this also baby will be able to stay hydrated. Also breast milk helps in keeping well hydrated . Good luck and take care
