ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. not more than,30 to 45 ml of water. This doesn’t mean plain water alone. The water content in soups , dal paani etc all counts here in the above measurement. So on a day to basis if a baby has soups , dal paai , kanji paani etc and a few sips of water it is enough for him.

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. A 6-12 month old baby needs two to eight ounces of water per day on top of the water they get from breast milk/formula. Taking sips from their cups throughout the day will usually get them the water they need.
