ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. approximately 12 to 14 oz per day.. give all family food.. Offer a variety of tastes and texture so that baby gets used to it all.Give all fruits and vegetables.

At least 1 1/2 L minimum your child should we have or if you can go ahead with giving more than that done nothing like it because it is very important for a child to have good amount of water because that really helps a lot in regulating the digestive system and the motion of a child
