RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl1 Year agoA. 1000 steps to 1500 steps comfortably if you can do a in a day nothing do not stress yourself do not do aggressively thinking that I have to do it you just have to do thousand to 1500 steps as per your comfort and you can do some yoga posture after consulting your doctor
