#asktheexperts how many times I should give solid to my baby in a day ? Please share a chart of daily food we should give

A. after 6 months give top food two to three times a day and beginning with few teaspoon then up to half katori every time continue to breastfeed baby. like homemade cerelac, cereal pulse, porridge, kheer, cooked seasonal vegetable puree or add to food like khichdi, vegetable Dal rice. seasonal fruits, curd, paneer.

A. As soon as your child enters into the age of seventh month you can go ahead with giving proper semisolid food to the child followed by all kind of a dairy products and dal and rice water Suji Kheer Upma Halwa porridge khichadi and fruits and vegetables
