If there is back pain you have to maintain a proper posture take a healthy diet and also do some regular exercise specially back extension exercises to strengthen muscles also you cangh take calcium antd iron supplements suggested by your doctor if still you are having weakness and other symptoms it needs a proper assessment
AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Back pain should go away in a month or two. If you are still having back pain issues then please do some back stretches and yoga but only under a professional yoga teacher. Also you can get your back massaged with coconut oil and almond oil. Please sit in an upright posture and dont slouch.
