A. Workout is going to be good you can go for basic yoga Surya Namaskar and basic yoga Pranayam and exercise exercises is really help a lot in reducing weight if you want I would recommend you to take your last meal by six or 630 in the evening and start the next meal by about 10 or 1030 even in the morning even if you start with seven or eight in the morning you’ll have a gap of 12 hours which is good for you to maintain and have a healthy diet avoid eating fried and sugar stuff
