hello doctor I had 2 sections my weight is 73kgs am doing diet but no change I want loose weight by doing skipping can I loose my belly fat and thigh fat

A. You have not mentioned as to when did you have your last C-section if you feel physically fit your stitches and heal completely and your doctor say that you can go for skipping and all please go for it and if you’re already doing diet and all I would suggest you instead of doing all these things altogether pick up a basic workout for at least 40 minutes in a day cardio is going to be very good for you and also do intermittent fasting for at least 12 to 16 hours that’s going to be very beneficial for you
