Q.

hwllo ...my baby is 20 month old....i want reduce my weight...like my thigh and hips fat....what excercise should i do....my weight is 63 i want 5 kg weight loose.

A. cut on all junk. see regular workout is important. start slow and don't over do. walk, swimming, gym all are effective but consistently doing is the key to lose weight.
