There is absolutely no way to predict if you will have a vaginal delivery or cesarean delivery because there will be lots of factors that can change at any time and most of them occur during the process of labor so ultimately, even if you have a wide pelvis still, there is a chance that you might need surgery so be mentally prepared for any outcome
