A. To address your child's late-night sleeping habits and establish a healthier sleep routine, it's essential to gradually adjust their afternoon nap duration and bedtime. Encouraging a consistent bedtime routine can help signal to your child's body that it's time to wind down and prepare for sleep. Consider gradually shortening the afternoon nap duration to prevent it from affecting bedtime sleep. Ensure that the bedroom environment is conducive to sleep by maintaining a comfortable temperature, limiting noise and light, and establishing calming bedtime rituals such as reading a story or listening to soft music. Encourage your child to engage in quiet activities leading up to bedtime to help them relax. Consistency is key in establishing healthy sleep habits, so aim to maintain a consistent bedtime and wake-up time, even on weekends. Be patient and allow time for your child to adjust to the new routine. If your childd continues to struggle with falling asleep at an earlier time, consider consulting with a pediatrician or sleep specialist for further guidance.d
