If you had normal delivery then you can start exercise after completion of four or five months. Depending on your situation. If you had Caesarean then you have to wait until the completion of six month. And slowly start with walking initially and you can start exercise or yoga. Yoga is a best practice to reduce and tighten your skin post delivery. With this have a healthy diet food and take adequate liquid and keep yourself hydrated which is very important as a breast feeding mom.
