A. Hello, your question is related to your health problem like belly fats so after delivery if you are having big belly then go for brisk walk and aerobic exercises and reduce your dietary intake of fats

A. just go for regular walks do yoga and Pranayam and this will help in improving the immunity as well as will help in redistribution of the fat and also meet a dietitian who will guide you regarding proper diet for the body with respect to calorie and protein
