#asktheexperts How can I know my baby is ready to start solids food ? When we start solids for my baby, should we feed her lying down or sitting up.

The child has to be six months completed any case after that only you can give food to the child because according to the medical fraternity that’s the right time to give food and that is when the child is ready there’s no other time when the child is ready to accept other food
