avoid spicy and oily food.
stay hydrated.
give only breastmilk till completion of Six month.
feed in upright position and burp inbetween and after feeding session and give colicaid drops thrice a day

please always feed your child in tilted position and keep in up ward position after every feed
please give daily massage with Babyhug massage oil
please give daily sun light exposure
if necessary you can give colicaid drops
